The efficiency of oat yeast has been proven by laboratory tests. 12 species and subspecies of bacteria, vitamins, minerals, useful acids such as Omega – 6 or Omega – 9 are very useful for our body. Fermented oats are an excellent breeding ground for colonies of good bacteria. An acidic environment is unfavorable for pathogenic bacteria, which is why sourdough is acidic. Acid is very lacking in the modern diet, its lack often leads to the appearance of reflux and acidity. In any case, acid is our friend, it should not be avoided!
FERMENTED OAT BEVERAGES

Made from oats by fermenting them together with organic juice. Colonies of live bacteria are grown during fermentation. You can choose from three flavors: with apples and pumpkin, with apples and sea buckthorn, with apples and black currants. It is a great alternative for breakfast, when you are in a hurry on the road and want to quench your hunger or thirst. The drink will provide a feeling of satiety for up to three hours.
