1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter the Rules) are a legal document binding on the parties, defining the rights and obligations of the Buyer (hereinafter the Buyer) and the Seller (hereinafter the Seller), the conditions of purchase and payment for goods, the procedure for the delivery and return of goods, the parties’ responsibilities and other aspects related to the purchase and sale of goods in the avizomanija.lt electronic store.
The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement these Rules at any time.
All disagreements are resolved through negotiations. If it is not possible to reach a mutual agreement, problematic issues are resolved according to the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

3. PRICES OF GOODS, TERMS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

4. RETURN OF GOODS
4.1. In order to return goods purchased in the avizomanija.lt online store, you need to know:
4.1.1. It is necessary to inform us by e-mail. by mail to info@kseda.lt (indicate the order number, the reasons for the return and the list of goods to be returned) within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
4.1.2. When the reason for the return of the product is poor quality (eg: damaged packaging, etc.) or you received the wrong product that you ordered, we undertake to replace the poor quality product with a good quality product at our own expense or refund the money paid for the product.
4.1.3. Goods of inappropriate quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the “Rules for returning and exchanging goods”, approved in 2001. June 29 by order of the Minister of Economy no. 217.;
4.1.4. Goods of suitable quality are returned based on the 2001 regulation of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania. August 17 by order no. 258 of the approved “Rules for the sale of goods and provision of services when contracts are concluded using means of communication”. In this case, the cost of returning the goods is paid by the buyer.
4.2. The following conditions must be met when returning goods:
4.2.1. The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging.
4.2.2. The product must be undamaged by the Buyer.
4.2.3. The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (label intact, protective film not torn off, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product).
4.2.4. The returned item must be in the same package as the one received by the Buyer.
5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1. We guarantee:
5.1.1. security of personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) provided by the Buyer in the avizomanija.lt online store.
5.1.2. Personal information will only be used for the purchase and sale of goods.
5.1.3. Personal information will not be transferred to third parties without your consent.
5.1.4. The personal information provided by you will be used only for the purchase and sale transaction, except for cases regulated by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
6. CONCLUSION OF PURCHASE – SALE AGREEMENT

7. BUYER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
7.1. The buyer has the right to buy goods in the avizomanija.lt electronic store and undertakes to comply with these purchase and sale rules.
7.2. The buyer has the right to refuse goods purchased in the avizomanija.lt electronic store (see section 4).
7.3. The buyer undertakes not to transfer his login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses his login data, he must immediately inform the avizomanija.lt electronic store administration by e-mail. by mail info@avizomanija.lt.
7.4. If the data provided in the Buyer’s registration form changes, he must update it immediately.
7.5. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods during the delivery of the goods without valid reasons, he must cover the costs of the delivery of the goods.
7.6. The buyer, using the avizomanija.lt online store, agrees to these purchase and sale rules and undertakes to comply with them.
8. SELLER’S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
8.1. If the Buyer knowingly or unknowingly harms or attempts to harm the work of the electronic store and/or violates his obligation, the Seller has the right to limit or suspend the Buyer immediately and without warning
