1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) are a binding legal document for the Parties, which sets out the rights, duties and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller in relation to the purchase of Goods by the Buyer through e-shop.
The Buyer shall be responsible for the Buyer’s obligations and liabilities and for the Buyer’s obligations and liabilities in relation to the Buyer’s purchase and sale of goods in the Online Shop.

The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the statutory requirements.

By adopting the Rules, the Seller also warrants that, in accordance with 1.3.
