How to use:

We eat relatively small amount of fermented or sour products, therefore in our diet is lack of acidity. For this reason, intake AVIZO daily, preferably 1-2 tablespoons with each meal. You can drink AVIZO before a meal and the rest after the meal. If convenient, add AVIZO directly to food (juices, porridges, salads, mixes).
