This product is source of fiber. Added quince enrich this sourdough with naturally contained vitamins. During fermentation process, bacterial cultures are refined. Taste description: sour fermented oat with twist of quince.
Ingredients: drinking water, organic oatmeal 20%, organic quince juice 8%, acidity regulator sodium bicarbonate, cultures of lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria (including Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. Bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus Bifidobacterium).
Concentration of live bacteria in the product minimum 10(8) CFU/ml.
Storage conditions: +2°C…+18°C. Protect from direct sunlight. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 45 days.

How to use:
This can be your 5-a day! Intake one table spoon or 5-10 ml every time you eat. Enrich your daily food. Product will help to ferment your meal, that way preventing your stomach and adding live microorganisms to microbiota. Also suitable to drink undiluted separate from meal, but it is not recommended intake large amounts at once.
