Fermented buckwheat is a very healthy type of food for your stomach. During fermentation process, bacterial cultures are refined. Taste description: expressed fermented sour buckwheat.
Ingredients: drinking water, organic buckwheat 10%, acidity regulator sodium bicarbonate, cultures of lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria.
The content of lactic acid and bifidobacteria (including Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. Bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus acidophilus Bifidobacterium) in the product is at least 108 CFU/ml.
Storage conditions: +2°C…+18°C. Protect from direct sunlight. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 45 days.
Best before: 6 months from date of manufacture (see packaging).

How to use:
This can be your 5-a day! Intake one table spoon or 5-10 ml every time you eat. Enrich your daily food. Product will help to ferment your meal, that way preventing your stomach and adding live microorganisms to microbiota. Also suitable to drink undiluted separate from meal, but it is not recommended intake large amounts at once.
