Ingredients: drinking water, organic buckwheat 10%, acidity regulator sodium bicarbonate, biologically active cultures of lactic acid and bifidobacteria.
Nutrition facts 100ml: Energy value 100 kJ/24 kcal, Fat 0,3 g. (of which saturates 0,07 g.), Carbohydrates 4,10 g. (of which sugars 0,80 g.), Protein 1,3 g., Fiber 1,2 g., Salt 0,1 g.
Storage: +2°C…+10°C. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 45 days. Avoid direct sunlight.
Best before: 6 months (see package). Shake before use.

We eat relatively small amount of fermented or sour products, therefore in our diet is lack of acidity. For this reason, intake AVIZO daily, preferably 1-2 tablespoons with each meal.
